Excellent first vist.. As I met Dr Twill it was easy to transfer trust to him as he easily explained concerns with confidence. Ongoing, I found the entire office to be a proficient team. Dr. LEE, Dr DAVID.Dr. TWILL all. concerned and giving their best along with each staff member. I highly recommend.

There are not enough words or time to write how wonderful the people who work here are. From the minute I met Dr. Tawil I felt reassured and calm. He was encouraging, he didn’t make me feel bad about my situation, he just wanted to help. Same with Dr. Lee. Put me at ease immediately while he explained what was going to take place regarding surgery, follow up, etc. He personally called me a few hours after my surgery to see how I was doing. His calm demeanor, confidence, education and experience is what made me decide to work with this office.
Dr. Lee’s assistants, Kristin and Evelyn are wonderful too. They are extremely kind and caring but also proficient in their job.
Overall, it’s been a great experience with Natural Tooth Implant Center. Yes, it is quite a bit of money for full mouth restoration but, can you really put a price on your health, confidence, and appearance? Best decision I’ve ever made and I am terrified of the dentist.

I received an implant in Punta Cana that failed! Dr Lee saw me for an emergency appointment. He identified a second problem, took care of it and the failed implant removal WITHOUT CHOPPING MY HEAD OFF IN FEES. I plan to have to Dr. Lee replace and repair moving forward. He is worth the 5hr drive from Fort Lauderdale to Jacksonville! He is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and polite. He office staff is amazingly comforting in moments of high stress from a patient. I walked in teary eyes and my anxiety level was on 10! Within minutes, the friendly smiles and helpful reassuring tones calmed me to a 5!
